Four Seasons
Situated in historic Breightmet, on the outskirts of Bolton, Four Seasons is an attractive, purpose-built care home with 121 beds, offering residential, nursing and memory care, for those living with dementia.
Living with us
This friendly home offers Residents the use of six sitting rooms and five dining areas, as well as a café, a hairdressing salon, room to pursue hobbies and interests, a library and two sunny conservatories. There’s also a small shop for picking up newspapers, magazines and little luxury items. The garden, which is looked after by some of our Residents, is a popular place to relax or socialise with friends and relatives. All our bright and comfortable bedrooms and living areas are easily accessible by wheelchair.
The home’s caring team pride themselves on fostering a cheerful, family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat, celebrate and plan special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels just like home. Daily life is thoughtfully designed to support Residents’ mind, body and soul.
Your personal care plan
Four Seasons’ Home Manager will make sure that all Residents receive the kindest possible care. Our extensively trained team will deliver all the nursing and specialist care and support services that your loved one requires. The home also provides what’s known as a “Discharge to Assess” service. This is designed for anyone fit for hospital discharge but who might require on-going care and assessment before returning safely home. People tend to recover and recurperate better within the less structured, more homely environement. Personalised care plans consider not only medical, personal and dietary needs, but also the individual’s likes and dislikes, religious preferences, and any suggestions from family members that might make their stay with us that little bit more enjoyable.
