Tower Bridge
A purpose-built home with 128 beds, within walking distance of Tower Bridge within the community of Southwark, Tower Bridge offers residential dementia, nursing and nursing dementia care.
Living with us
This welcoming and spacious home offers Residents the choice of nine sitting rooms and five dining areas, all furnished for maximum comfort. The popular on-site café is a great place for a catch up and cake. In addition, there is a dedicated activities and entertainment room, in-house bar, cinema, sensory room and an on-site hairdressing salon. The enclosed garden, cared for by some of our Residents, is a favourite location in which to relax or socialise with friends and family. The garden can also be enjoyed from the sunny conservatory. All bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped and some rooms benefit from garden views.
The home’s caring team has created a family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat and celebrate special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels just like home. Daily life is thoughtfully designed to support mind, body and soul.
Your personal care plan
Tower Bridge’s Home Manager will make sure that all Residents receive the kindest possible care. The extensively trained team deliver all the nursing and specialist care and support services that your loved one could require. Personalised care plans consider not only medical, personal and dietary needs, but also the individual’s likes and dislikes, religious preferences, and any suggestions from family members that might make their stay with us that little bit more enjoyable.
