Celebrations were in full swing at Meadow Bank House care home in Bolton as Resident Jame turned 80 years old.
Colleagues decorated the home with lots of colourful birthday balloons and cards in preparation for Jame’s special day.
Jame’s birthday party began with a fantastic performance from local singer, who sang a number of Irish songs to reflect Jame’s Irish origin.
Jame was surrounded by his fellow Residents as Meadow Bank House provided a selection of sweet treats to mark the occasion, including chocolate and Mr Kipling cakes.
Sheila, a Resident at Meadow Bank House, said: “It was such a fun birthday party.”
