Residents at HC-One’s The Beeches care home in Armthorpe, Doncaster were delighted to welcome the hairdresser for a long awaited visit.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, hairdressers were unable to operate throughout the start of 2021, meaning that Residents at The Beeches, like most of the UK population have been dreaming of the day they can get a haircut.
Some of the ladies and gentlemen at The Beeches were very excited to have their hair done once again, after the visit, everyone at The Beeches looked a cut above the rest.
One Resident, Joan, commented that she feels so much better in herself since her cut and blow dry, she said that she not only looks good but feels happy on the inside.
The Beeches Home Manager, Angelina Neeson said: “Sometimes it’s the little things in life that can make a big difference, I am so pleased that we are now able to welcome the hairdresser back to our care home.”
Located on Beech Road, The Beeches care home offers short and long term care packages for members of the Armthorpe community that require residential care and residential memory care for those living with dementia.
