A day in the life of a Hebburn care home respite ResidentA Resident at HC-One’s Hebburn Court care home in Hebburn, recently enjoyed a short respite stay, where he made some good relationships with staff and Residents.

Hebburn Court Resident, Bob recently had a short stay at Hebburn and enjoyed a mix of activities and made a lot of friends during his time there. 

Bob has enjoyed taking part in quizzes, reading about his passion, fishing and looking through the homes book selection. He has also played darts, took part in some parachute exercises, making balloon arch’s, Halloween decorations and crafts, dominos & card games, gentleman’s club & much more.

Bob said: “I am grateful for my stay it has been enjoyable, I will miss Harry and all of you of course, but it’s my time to go home now, I will keep in touch.”

Kirsty Rutter, Hebburn Court Home Manager said: “Bob has settled in extremely well into Hebburn Court, what a gentleman he is, great fun and kept spirits high. You will be a big miss Bob, you joined in everything with a smiling face and your funny characteristics.”
