At HC-One’s Cheshire based care home, Overdene House, Residents have been getting involved in exercise time with a game of swat badminton using fly swats.
Some Residents took part while others spectated and there was a lot of laughter and competitiveness.
Team Burns won with a prize of some yummy chocolates.
Resident Stuart Mallet, who doesn’t usually get involved in the activities, loved it, as well as Anna Prest and Alan Noden.
One Resident said, “I love it. It was such great fun and warmed us all up!”
Cath Burns, Home Manager, remarked, “What a great idea. It was such good fun and my team won!”
