A posh hotel feeling at Dudley care homeStop the clock on the Coppice unit at Ashgrove care home in Netherton, West Midlands, involved making animals from towels to make the rooms seem more like 'posh' hotel rooms.

One of the Resident's, Irene. enjoyed the blue swans but insisted on white ones which the home manager Julie Jones was only too happy to oblige.

She then decorated Irene's bed as a surprise for when she went to bed and needless to say Irene was absolutely delighted!

Residents loved the sprinkled flower petals on the beds, one commenting, “It’s beautiful. Can we have some chocolates on our pillows as well?”

Julie, joked, “I'm a bit worried that we'll run out of towels!”
