HC-One’s The Hornchurch care home Residents were delighted as they enjoyed an afternoon of crafts together.
Residents had the opportunity to colour or paint a piece of artwork, with most opting to paint and use their own creativity to design their masterpieces. Everyone who attended the activity session enjoyed themselves, and afterwards, Residents were able to enjoy refreshments as they reflected on their wonderful pieces of art.
During the activity, everyone enjoyed creating their own Valentines day masterpieces and look forward to displaying their artistic creations in the home for Relatives and visitors to see.
Tania Banner, home manager, commented: “Painting is a wonderful way to stimulate Residents as they enjoy this activity and choosing which designs to use. The Residents really enjoy participating in craft afternoons.”
