Residents at HC-One’s Lostock Gralam residential and residential memory care home,
Avandale Lodge, took part in balloon badminton this afternoon.
There was a lot of fun and laughter and it soon turned into balloon throwing and catching, with a few kicks too!
Colleagues supported as there was a little dancing in between to the music playing; a great way to incorporate exercise while having fun.
Alec, who is a Resident at the home, commented, “I’ve enjoyed joining in.”
Sandra added, “That was fun!”
Rachael Sidebotham, Wellbeing Coordinator, remarked, “It’s always lovely to listen to our Residents having fun, they really enjoyed this activity!”
