Residents at HC-One’s Roseberry Court in Redcar have been enjoying new ways to keep active. On Thursday 18th September, Residents enjoyed a balloon tennis activity, to help keep them fit.
Residents loved trying to keep the balloon in the air and watching other Residents trying to do the same. Colleagues joined in and Residents were giggling at each other’s efforts and shouting words of support to each other.
Bernard, a Resident at Roseberry Court said: “Well I only watched but I had a good time laughing at you all.”
Afterwards, everyone enjoyed some tasty refreshments together and enjoyed home baked cakes and chatted about how much they had enjoyed the change in activity.
Roseberry Court Home Manager said: “Residents today were giggling with each other and seemed to be having great fun together.”
