Residents at HC-One’s Godden Lodge care home in Benfleet have been painting their very own plant and flower pots as they prepare for some summer gardening.
The Residents at Godden Lodge love a spot of gardening and are really excited about the garden competition in the summer. They are happily getting involved prepping the garden and planting seeds and flowers.
Godden Lodge Resident, Harry, loved gardening when he was at home and is very happy that he can still continue his hobby, even in the comfort of his armchair in the lounge, “I can't wait to see how big the sunflowers get,” he said.
Godden Lodge Home Manager, Lanie Mizona said: “It looks like it’s going to be a very close call for the garden competition.”
