Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Grosvenor Park care home enjoyed an afternoon of fun as they took a trip out to their local garden centre.
The Residents enjoyed wandering around the garden centre, admiring the beautifully coloured plants and flowers and speaking about their favourite types of plant.
The trip then took them to the aquarium where they were able to admire the different species of fish, from freshwater to marine. The Residents especially liked the colours of the fish and the corals which decorated the aquariums.
Everyone then visited the centre’s café where they enjoyed a delicious slice of cake and a warm beverage and chatted about their favourite part of the day.
One Resident commented: “I enjoyed looking at the different species of fish, they are so pretty to look at.”
