Bexhill-on-Sea Residents make sandy seashellsMonday Blues? Not at HC-One’s Grosvenor Park care home. A number of Residents came and sat at the beach themed table in the lounge to create their own sandy seashells, as if they were on holiday!

Residents, including Sheila Stanley and Jean Titchener (pictured left to right), sipped on Pina Colada cocktails, listened to fun 60s music and enjoyed the inflatable beach accessories around them, including the palm trees and flamingos.

Everyone particularly enjoyed mixing the different colours together and creating patterns for the shells. One Resident remarked, “Well that was different! The sand is very therapeutic.”

Home Manager, Jackie O'Callaghan, admired the creations and said, “I want to take part and create a shell!”
