Peggy, a Resident at HC-One’s Larchwood care home, was delighted as she celebrated turning 94 years of age.
To celebrate her exciting birthday, her family arranged for her to enjoy an afternoon tea at nearby Cressing Temple Barns alongside other family members.
They enjoyed a delicious cream tea together, chatting over fond birthday memories, before returning to the home where all Residents and Colleagues sang ‘happy birthday’ to Peggy and presented her with a delicious home made cake.
Peggy was delighted with her day as she remarked: “I’ve loved spending time with my family and honestly couldn’t think of a better way to spend my birthday.”
