Residents at HC-One’s Larchwood care home were delighted to enjoy a fitness session with a twist recently.
Various musical hits were played as Residents used flags to move around and complete various exercise routines.
Residents enjoyed taking part as laughter was shared by all through some of the amusing movements they were doing, and some enjoyed singing along to some of the songs played during the activity.
Jade Smith, home manager, commented: “Residents have really enjoyed this activity, we’re all looking forward to the next session.”
