Residents and Colleagues at HC One’s Hurst Hall care home have been joining in supporting breast cancer awareness.
Colleagues at the Ashton-Under-Lyne care home decided to hold a day to raise awareness of Breast Cancer.
All Colleagues and Residents got involved in wearing pink, and looked fantastic.
One resident in particular, Doreen Howard really got into the spirit and looked superbly pretty in pink from head to toe!
Colleagues paid a small donation and a raffle was also held with tickets being bought by Colleagues, Residents and their families via window visits.
The day was a success with over £150.00 being raised!
It was so lovely to see everyone get involved, even during this difficult time, and everyone could not believe how much was raised. The home would like to say a big ‘thank-you’ to all who donated.
