Residents at HC One’s Trafalgar Park care home were excited to receive their awards today.
The Residents at the Caerphilly care home were surprised by an awards ceremony in the home, with team members dressing up in black tie and sparkly dresses for the ceremony.
Each Resident received a certificate and a mini ‘Oscar’ statuette for their strength, stoicism and bravery throughout the pandemic, especially when Government restrictions mean they are unable to see their loved ones.
The team wanted the Residents to feel like stars and to brighten their day by shining a little light with gold statuettes.
The home manager commented “Our Residents have been such stars during this difficult time, showing the incredible resilience we have come to expect from this wonderful generation.”
