Caerphilly care home receives glowing feedbackToday was a day of recognition for the Colleagues and the whole team of people at residential care and residential memory care home, Church View, in South Wales,

These past months have been the hardest we have all faced as a nation, nonetheless “Churchviewers” have kept their nerve, along with their humour and their love for the Residents which has really paid off.

The feedback from the Care Inspectorate Wales received by the home, was inspiring!

Even throughout these hard times, to come away with such positive feedback is nothing short of amazing for team Church View who have all worked so hard, to make sure that as soon as you step over the door, you feel at home; welcomed, safe, valued and accepted.

In celebration, there was champagne for the Residents, cakes for the team and just a general whole sense of wellbeing across the home.

Home Manager, Ellen Smith, read some feedback that mentioned the team as a whole, and some specific comments about staff who stood out in the inspection.

One Resident said, “I am excited and very much looking forward to the next few months.”

Ellen Smith, remarked, “Wow, I am lost for words, I can’t begin to say how proud I am of every member of Church View.”
