Cedar House Residents and Staff, have been busy preparing their entries for this year’s HC-One Garden Competition.
The Residents have enjoyed helping to plant Hanging baskets, and planting the new herb and vegetable garden.
They have really enjoyed taking care of the garden each day by watering and pruning plants. Residents have also been involved in the tidying of the garden to keep it looking nice.
Resident Joan is very proud of the peppers she planted and likes to water and check them each day.
Another Resident loves growing the vegetables and said, “The peppers look really nice and colourful… and very tasty”
The activities Team were really pleased that the Residents were getting involved in the project.
