At Brookview nursing care home,
Westwood Lodge, everyone has been celebrating the glowing report received from the CQC. Also, one Colleague has gone to huge efforts to raise money for charity.
On Thursday Colleagues and Residents celebrated hard work and dedication at
Westwood Lodge to achieve “Good” in their recent CQC Report. The staff were treated to a buffet and enjoyed music with the Residents.
Also this week, Head of Housekeeping, Susan Clark, pictured, braved the shave to raise money for Macmillan Cancer.
So far Susan has raised an amazing £600!
Jean Kindley, who is a Resident at the home, commented “She is very brave!”
Lorraine Young, Care Home Manager, said, “This charity is very close to Susan’s heart and she is really pleased with herself for achieving this. We are all so proud of her.
