Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Brindley Court care home were celebrating as they recently received their Good outcome from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The team at Brindley Court were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents, demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.
The inspectors were full of praise for Colleagues at Brindley Court, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. This sentiment was echoed by Relatives, who made remarks such as “the staff are good and caring” and “they are absolutely lovely”.
In celebration of the wonderful result, the home hosted a party for Residents and Relatives as they placed their banner proudly outside of the home.
Brindley Court Care Home Manager, Benette Delos Santos said: “We are extremely pleased with this outcome and I am so proud of each member of our team as they continue to display such kind care and hard work each day.”
