Cheese and wine afternoon at Hayes care homeResidents had a cracking afternoon at HC-One’s Aston House care home, in Hayes as they sampled a delicious selection of cheeses and fine wine on Friday 18th December.

A beautiful spread of cheeses and wines were served with crackers, grapes and breadsticks, Residents enjoyed trying some different cheeses along with tucking into their festive favourites. Everyone enjoyed chatting as they listened to music, one Resident, Mary, even decided to she would like to have a dance.

A great time was had by all, with one Resident commenting: “I loved trying different cheeses and seeing which one went best with the wine, what a great afternoon.”

Seema Jose, Home Manager at Aston House said: “It was great to see Residents enjoying their wine and cheese afternoon, the smiles on their faces really said it all.”
