Residents at HC-One’s
Balnacarron care home in St Andrews enjoyed a treat for the taste buds and the ears with a cheese and wine afternoon with classic hits from the 60s.
The kitchen team prepared a delicious selection of cheeses for Residents to sample a long with a variety of wines to pair it with. Music from the 60s was played in the background which was enjoyed by all.
Everyone had a wonderful afternoon, with one Resident commenting: “I haven’t had sherry in years, I loved tasting some different cheeses too.”
