Residents and Colleagues at HC One’s Hinckley Park care home have been getting food tins ready to send to the food bank.
Whenever Harvest rolls around, the Hinckley care home puts out a table and starts one of its bi-annual collections for Hinckley Food Bank.
Due to COVID-19, the food bank has had even more pressure placed upon it and, as always, the home is ready to do all it can to help.
This year the home collected a variety of winter warmers and, for infection control measures, asked people to donate tins wherever possible.
The collection may have been smaller this year but know that it'll make a difference to those who are suffering food poverty during such a difficult time.
Hinckley Park would like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who contributed and know that every donation really does help.
