Residents at HC-One’s St Martin’s Court care home in Morriston have now had their first dose of the coronavirus vaccine as part of a mass rollout across the UK.
The home is now one step closer to returning to some normality and Residents are looking forward to being reunited with their families once again when the government give the go ahead.
A team from the Cwmtawe Cluster in Clydach came into the home to administer the vaccine and answer any and all questions put forward by Residents and Colleagues.
The vaccine is currently being rolled out to Residents and Colleagues in care homes under guidance from the Department of Health.
Samantha, a Colleague at St Martin’s Court, commented: “It’s such a relief to see the Residents having the vaccine.”
