Resident Dave Burham, from HC One’s Brandon House, loves all things outdoors so spent his afternoon in the garden hoping to see some wildlife.
Dave has always had a big love of wildlife; birds, squirrels and hedgehogs being his all-time favourite. Colleagues at the Coventry care home have always encouraged his passion and he enjoys his hobby of looking for them.
One thing that Dave loves to do is to fill up the bird feeders in the communal garden area, he even has his own hung up outside his bedroom window so he can see the birds often too.
Dave liked to make note of the types of birds that visit his feeder, which includes many types of tit, and more recently a woodpecker!
Dave commented “I have always loved seeing the birds and other wildlife, it makes me happy. It’s a hobby I have had for many years.”
