Doris Collishaw, a Resident at HC One’s The Rowans care home, has come up with her very own winning wave.
Resident Doris at the Coalville care home became so overjoyed at winning, she created her very own winning wave.
Doris, who has recently moved into the care home, was quite shy and would very often sit and watch others. When Doris saw a game of connect four in the corner, she agreed to get involved.
Doris said she hadn't played the game for a long time and used to be good at it. The challenge was set and the games began!
Doris won every game she played and was crowned The Rowans Connect Four Champion.
To her delight she created her very own winning wave and said that she'd forgotten how much she liked playing that game.
Kym, the home manager, said “it was lovely to see Doris' winning wave.”
