Creative Watford care home Resident makes beautiful Christmas decorationsBridget Furlong, a Resident at HC-One’s River Court care home in Watford explored her creative side during the global pandemic and used her rekindled skills to create some beautiful Christmas decorations.

Throughout 2020, Bridget has been creating stunning arts and crafts, which has kept her spirits high during the global pandemic. Channelling her inner creative side, Bridget worked hard to create some beautiful Christmas decorations to be displayed throughout the care home for all to admire. 

Everyone at River Court has enjoyed looking at Bridget’s handiwork, with her fellow Residents commenting on how talented Bridget is. One Resident remarked: “How lovely, the decorations Bridget has created have put a smile on my face.”

River Court Home Manager, Bijoy Philip, said: “It’s great to see Bridget focussing on a hobby during a difficult time for everyone, which is keeping her feeling good and is also bringing smiles to the faces of others at River Court.”
