Residents at HC-One’s The Birches care home in Crieff, celebrated the end of 2020, which has been a tough year for the home and welcomed 2021.
At The Birches, Residents and Colleagues celebrated Hogmanay with lots of cheer, laughter, food and drink, just as it should be. Residents were treated to a lovely buffet of sweets and savouries and to alcoholic drinks of their choice.
One The Birches Resident said: “I’ve really enjoyed the cakes and drinks, Happy New Year!”
Residents Lynn Maxwell, Christina Mailer and Natalia Bull all enjoyed a drink whilst socially distanced and chatted about 2020 and what a strange year it had been. They are looking forward to coming out of the pandemic in 2021 and enjoying the simple things in life again, like a hug from their family and watching an entertainer.
