HC-One’s Greenways Court care home in Consett has recently received a generous donation from Lanchester Dairy, who very kindly donated a collection of milk.
Due to the summer holidays, Lanchester had a large number of cartons of milk that they didn’t want to go to waste, they kindly offered the milk to Greenways Court, the donation was gratefully accepted by Home Manager, Kinga Kowaliczek accepted the milk carton donations on behalf of the Residents.
One Resident said: “It’s like being a child and having milk when we were at school again!”
Greenways Court Home Manager, Kinga Kowaliczek said: “Its lovely to see the residents enjoying a carton of milk the way we all used to have them at school.”
