Residents at HC-One’s Dingle Meadow care home enjoyed an afternoon of exercise as they welcomed Matt, a local exercise entertainer, to the home.
As the weather was pleasantly warm, Residents were able to sit outside to enjoy the exercise session. Matt played music throughout the garden and the Residents followed his movements, enjoying themselves as they moved their arms and legs along to the beat.
A smile was on everyone’s face as they laughed with one another over their movements, remarking how much they enjoyed it.
Refreshments were had by all afterwards, as one Resident commented: “I can’t wait for the next session, that was so much fun!”
