Dorset care home Colleagues running till the cows go homeWhen several neighbouring cows entered the garden at the Hyde care home, although they looked lovely in amongst the daffodils, the gardener was not too impressed.

Some Colleagues went out to heard the cattle back into the field, which had escaped from a local farm, and it caused a lot of laughter indeed! The Care Team Leader and Home Manager were out there chasing the cows around the garden and eventually went out and were directed into another field.

Nicky Grinton, Home Manager, was running around (which doesn't happen often) but there was a lot of laughter to be had!

The Residents enjoyed seeing the cows for a friendly visit.

Nicky said, “Wow, that was hard work. I need to exercise more. It made me realise how unfit I am. The cows were well looked after and it was lovely to see them but, not on our lawn.
