Colleagues at HC-One’s Ashgrove care home in Dudley have worked hard to enable visits for friends and Relatives, so to finally see them in the home was an emotional experience.
On 2nd April, Ashgrove Residents were able to see their friends, family and loved ones in the home again. Resident Patsy was reunited wit her best friend Kathy, for the first time in almost a year.
Although they had window visits in the past and spoken on the phone, its not quite the same as seeing them in real life. The smile on Patsy’s face when she finally saw Kathy was priceless and there were a few happy tears.
