Residents at HC One’s Bankwood care home enjoyed a lovely ice cream treat today.
It was a lovely hot, sunny day today so Colleagues at the Duffield care home decided to make their very own ice cream ‘van’.
Ice cream tune music was playing out and Punch and Judy was on the TV to give the home a real seaside theme for the day.
The food trolley was transformed with fairy lights and pretty ice cream pictures whilst giving out the tasty treats today, the Residents loved it!
One of the Residents said “it will be lovely when we can go out for an ice cream again, but this is lovely too.”
