One of the Residents at HC-One’s
Fir Trees residential and residential memory care home, on the edge of Cheshire Plain, has been enjoying helping the manager out with some little admin tasks.
Resident Josie Gabrielides, pictured, came into Home Manager Nicole Gunning’s office to add stamps to envelopes, then helped Colleagues to the post box to post them.
The next day, Josie came to the office and she coloured in some pictures for the office to brighten it up. Josie enjoys helping the manager.
Housekeeper Claire Lawton said, “It is lovely to see Josie and Nicole working together as it isn’t often Residents are invited into offices.”
Josie loves helping and keeping busy. She commented, “I love coming in your office Nicole, can I come again?”
Nicole added, “It was nice for Josie to help me and was nice to take her for a walk to the post box which meant a lot to her.”
