Residents at HC One’s Fir Trees care home have had a creative afternoon with rock painting and watercolours.
During lock down the Residents at the Dukinfield care home have been busy decorating the garden and home.
One of the ideas Colleagues came up with was rock painting, which proves very therapeutic and lots of fun. Resident Edith Woolhouse can't get enough!
Painting water colours is a favourite past time for one of the homes Residents, Vera Harrison, and she particularly enjoys painting flowers which she is a dab hand at!
Crafts are a great way of getting everyone together but also working on a painting or idea that is personal to them, Residents get the best of both words.
One Resident said “I find it very relaxing when I’m painting.”
