Residents at HC-One’s Ashton Grange care home in Durham recently enjoyed a much needed pamper day, courtesy of the very kind Colleagues in the home.
With some Residents having to spend a little more of their time in their own rooms or having to social distance in the lounge, Colleagues felt that Residents needed a good old pamper day.
The day began after breakfast with the choice of fresh orange and bucks’ fizz or sparkling apple followed by facials and a head massage.
“I feel so relaxed after my massage, I hope I can have one every week,” said one Ashton Grange Resident.
After a light lunch Colleagues then started on the manicures and pedicures with a choice of colours for the ladies but the gents just went with the relaxing massages.
