Residents and team members at HC-One’s St Margaret’s care home in Durham were delighted to receive a generous donation from local charity, Beyond Limits.
Beyond Limits is a registered charity operating within the region to tackle social inclusion for the more disadvantaged people living in the community. Siobhan, a representative from the charity brought a selection of chocolates to St Margaret’s for the Residents to enjoy.
Everyone at the care home was surprised by the thoughtful gesture, the chocolates had been beautifully wrapped by local children and Residents complimented how well they had wrapped them.
St Margaret’s Home Manager, Katherine Swainston said: “Thank you very much to Beyond Limits for the kind gesture, it is greatly appreciated by everyone at St Margaret’s.”
Located on St Margarets Garth, St Margaret’s care home offers short and long term care packages for older ladies and gentlemen that require residential care, nursing care and residential memory care, for those living with dementia.
