It was an egg-citing Easter at HC-One’s Greenways Court care home in Consett as Residents and team members celebrated with a day of fun-filled activities.
Residents enjoyed taking part in a special Easter egg hunt, exploring the care home to find hidden treats waiting to be discovered. Later in the day, they had a best bonnet competition where Resident’s homemade bonnets were judged with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners being crowned.
Everyone at a great day, with Residents commenting on how it brought back happy memories of celebrating Easter with their families in their younger days.
Greenways Court Home Manager, Kinga Kowaliczek said: “It was lovely to have our care home filled with smiles and laughter, everyone had such a wonderful day.”
