Easter egg heroes at Tameside homeResidents at residential and residential memory care home, Sandon House, in Mossley, have enjoyed painting and decorating their entry for the annual Easter egg competition.

The theme for this year was ‘HC-One Heroes’. Everyone discussed different ideas, but it was decided that they wanted to make a wrestling ring with the Colleagues and Residents as the wrestlers (aka heroes) that were fighting Covid.

Madge, who lives at Sandon House, said, “It's been fun decorating the eggs. It brings back wonderful memories doing this with the grandchildren.”

Lynne Campbell, Care Home Manager, commented, “Although we didn't win, everyone had lots of fun making it and it is now proudly displayed in the home for all to see.”
