Edinburgh Residents write to their pen pals at local schoolResidents at HC-One’s Murrayfield House care home in Edinburgh have been nurturing their new friendships with pupils at local Corstorphine Primary School through letter-writing.

The letters have been very popular and have brought lots of smiles throughout the home. Residents have now replied to every letter and are eagerly awaiting their replies so they can find out a little more about their new friends.

One Resident commented: “It’s always nice receiving letters.”

The Residents at Murrayfield House have also been writing to their fellow Residents at HC-One’s Ashington Grange care home in Northumberland. Now they are hoping to arrange a Zoom call soon with the home so they can put names to faces and have a cuppa and a chat.
