Essex care home Residents enjoy St Patricks DayResidents at HC-One’s Admirals Reach care home in Essex enjoyed a good old sing and a dance on the popular St Patricks Day.

On the afternoon of March 17th, Colleagues took around beer, quavers, crisps, shandy, lemonade, Guinness and more, to every community in the home, playing music from the food trolley to get Residents in the mood for the day.

Residents and staff enjoyed the Irish music and drinks and even had a little socially distanced dance together. A few of the Residents are Irish or have Irish heritage, so they thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and some even sang along to some classic Irish folk songs.

“I have had a lovely Irish day,” said one Admirals Reach Resident.
