Residents at HC-One’s The Willows care home had great fun today celebrating the start of the Euro 2020 football tournament.
Everyone participated in a seated football game, which had Residents amused as they remarked that they had enjoyed a good work out, before everyone participated in a fun football quiz to test their knowledge.
The afternoon ended with everyone sitting to watch the 1966 World Cup Final in which England had won, making everyone excited to watch how the Euro tournament will unfold.
Anna Nowak, Home Manager, remarked: “The Residents have thoroughly enjoyed themselves today, it’s always lovely to see everyone getting involved!”
