Colleagues at Grey Ferrers care home in Braunstone, Leicester were delighted to organise a trip out for Resident Val as she joined fellow members of the community for a delicious lunch.
Val enjoyed catching up with her fellow lunchtime guests as she selected her favourite dishes from the menu at Forest Park restaurant.
As she shared her stories at the dinner table, Val was overjoyed to tuck in to a plate of delicious ham, egg and chips.
Val thoroughly enjoyed the experience and delicious food, as she commented: “I loved being out today. It was very relaxing.”
