Residents at HC-One’s Claremont care home in Ayr were delighted when mobile petting zoo, Bunny Luv visited on Wednesday 2nd October.
Everyone gathered in the lounge for an afternoon with rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, terrapins, owls and a duck. Residents enjoyed getting to hold and pet the different animals, Agnes was especially fond of the duck and asked if she could keep it before sitting it in her handbag.
Afterwards, the group enjoyed watching Obi the spaniel show off some very impressive tricks and played fetch with Residents. A great time was had by all, one Resident commented: “I wish we could keep all of these lovely animals, I hope that they visit us again very soon.”
