It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at HC-One’s Westwood Lodge care home in Wigan with Residents busy creating beautiful Christmas cards for their friends and family.
Christmas cheer filled Westwood Lodge as Residents wrote heart-warming messages for their friends and family to be included on their personalised Christmas cards which include a festive photograph of each Resident on their card.
Everyone enjoyed sharing stories and their favourite Christmas traditions as they prepared their cards. After a difficult year Residents agreed that it was lovely to create special cards and celebrate the positives.
Westwood Lodge Home Manager, Lorraine Young said: “The Christmas cards are beautiful and will mean so much to our Resident’s friends and family who they have dearly missed due to COVID-19.”
