HC-One’s Springfield House care home enjoyed a celebration in the home as they prepared for Harvest Festival.
Food donations were provided from Colleagues and Relatives to be given to St. Joseph’s church in Gateshead.
To celebrate harvest festival, Residents took part in a quiz together before enjoying a tasting game in which they were given fruit to taste and guess the name of.
The day was enjoyed by all as the donations were brought in and Residents and their Relatives took part in a variety of activities.
Kay Rudd, Home Manager, commented: “A wonderful day has been had by all in celebration of harvest festival. Residents have enjoyed themselves and we are so grateful to be able to donate food items to the local church.”
