Residents have been making beautiful floral arrangements today for International Flower Day over at HC-One’s Worsley Lodge in Worsley, Manchester.
The Residents worked in small teams to trim and coordinate a variety of flowers in order to create different arrangement.
One Resident taking part said: “What a great activity. I’ve had a lovely, relaxing afternoon.”
Everyone enjoyed being around so many different colours and smells as they chatted about their favourite flowers.
Colleagues displayed the gorgeous floral bouquets throughout the home for everybody to enjoy and Residents then discussed which arrangements they thought were the most beautiful over afternoon tea and cake.
Worsley Lodge Home Manager, Anne Bannon, said: “It’s really nice to see Residents interaction and helping each other.”
