Residents at HC-One’s Brooklands care home in Grimsby created some wonderful homemade baubles to send to their loved ones to take pride of place on their Christmas trees.
With restrictions on visiting and the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Christmas at Brooklands is a little different this year. As loved ones are unable to visit, Colleagues came up with a genius way to stay in touch and to surprise loved ones this Christmas.
Colleagues took pictures of Residents dressed in Christmas outfits and printed them out before placing them into some see through baubles. This way, Residents can send off a lovely present off to their loved ones along with a lovely card with a Christmas message.
The response so far has been wonderful and the Colleagues at Grimsby have been thanked by so many families for sending them some wonderful Christmas cheer.
