Haircut heaven for Huntingdon homeSome of the Residents at Manor House care home in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, received their first haircuts in months and all because of a hidden talent of one of the catering Colleagues.

A new member in the catering team told the home she had some hairdressing experience and kindly offered her skills to help out, whilst the regular hairdresser was unable to attend due to current local restrictions.

So, with a snip here and a snip there, Residents received that much wanted haircut!

The Residents said that they felt so much better since having their hair cut and were delighted with the results.

Residents felt that they have been pampered a little bit with comments made such as, “My hair feels so much better!” and “I am delighted with the results.”

Bhekimpilo Perelion, who is the home’s Manager, commented, “The Residents that have received their haircuts look different and have said they are very happy.”
